Since its founding in 1992 by Twin Cities restaurateur Wayne Kostroski, Taste of the NFL has raised more than $6.8 million for hunger-related charities and has become one of the premier events of Super Bowl weekend, hosting an average of 3,000 guests on the eve of the big game. The Sunday Night Football Cookbook unites some of the country's most admired chefs, who have donated their time and recipes to support Taste of the NFL, which addresses the needs of the hungry through special events and programs.
