Mall of America® has four Guest Services desks conveniently located at the East, West, North and South Entrances on Level 1. The desks are open during Mall hours and are available to assist guests with questions during operating hours.

Rentals
Strollers, electric carts, wheelchairs and shopping carts are available. The daily rates for single and double strollers are $6 and $8, respectively. Electric carts are $25 daily. Wheelchairs are complimentary. Shopping carts are available for rent at $6 per day. All equipment not returned or returned damaged will be assessed the full value on the guest's credit card.
Parking
All parking at Mall of America is free! The unique design of the parking ramps provides a total of 13,000 parking spaces in the east and west ramps of the facility. In addition, two surface lots are located at the North and South Entrances. An overflow parking area, the North Parking Lot, is conveniently located across Lindau Lane for a total of more than 20,000 parking spaces. Motor-coach parking is also free and is located in the North Parking Lot.
Stork Parking
Special parking spaces for expectant mothers are available in the surface lots located on the North and South sides of Mall of America and in all four anchor store (Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Sears) surface lots.
Handicap parking is available in the East and West parking ramps on Levels 1 and 4, and in the North and South surface lots.
Restrooms
Mall of America is well equipped with 24 conveniently located and handicapped accessible restrooms throughout the mall, including at all entrances of Levels 1-3, except for Level 2 north entrance and Level 2 south entrance. In addition, many stores maintain their own restrooms for customer use.
Family Rooms/Nursing Areas
You will find family rooms/nursing areas in each of the four department stores at Mall of America.
- Nordstrom: Level 2 in the women's lounge and on Level 3 by the entrance to the parking ramp
- Macy's: Level 1 by handbags
- Bloomingdale's: Level 2 by coats
- Sears
Lockers
Lockers are available to rent on Levels two through four at the East Entrance to Mall of America, Level one on the West side next to the Guest Service Desk, Level one on the West side near DSW Shoe Warehouse and in Nickelodeon Universe® on Level two near the El Circulo del Cielo ferris wheel.

Lockers are cleared every night after the Mall closes and cannot be used for overnight storage.
ATMs
There are 13 ATM's conveniently located throughout the mall. You will find one near each guest services on Level 1 and a couple on each of the floors above, including one in both the North and South Food Courts. Keep in mind there is a small service charge for using the ATM.
Security
At Mall of America, safety is a top priority. The Security Department is staffed with well-trained officers who patrol the interior of the mall exterior and interior with mobile units and on bicycle. There are closed circuit TV cameras located throughout the parking decks, surface lots, common areas, and Nickelodeon Universe, which is monitored around the clock by the Safety Center. The Mall's 130 call boxes, 44 help phones, and 116 pay phones also have direct lines to the Safety Center.
Parental Escort Policy
We welcome all youth to Mall of America, however on Friday and Saturday evenings youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older from 4 p.m. until close. One adult may supervise up to 10 youth. Anyone 21 years or younger should be prepared to show a driver's license, state identification card, passport, or Mall of America employee identification card during the Parental Escort hours.

Taxi Service at Mall of America
The taxi stands are located at the North Entrance. Approximate one-way cost for taxi service: To Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport $12. To downtown Minneapolis $24. To downtown St. Paul $20. Prices for taxis are subject to change.
Hotel Shuttle Information Complimentary shuttle service is available from most Bloomington area hotels to and from the airport and to and from Mall of America. Please check with your hotel for the schedule and availability of hotel shuttles to Mall of America.
