The Upper Midwest Bakery Association is sponsoring the Ultimate Cake Decorating Contest at Mall of America® on Sunday, October 26.

Up to 20 cake decorators will compete to make the best Halloween holiday cake and the best wedding cake. New this year is the student birthday cake contest. The competition will be judged by professional bakers and cake decorators but the public will have a chance to vote for their favorite "People's Choice" award in both categories through a small donation to the UMBA Scholarship fund.
